The manager was super friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the room was comfortable with a really cozy bed, giving us a good night's rest. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect for us, just a short walk away from the Winter Gardens and close to everything we needed.
On arrival, checking in was a bit confusing as there was no reception or staff to greet us. the bathroom in our room was really small and the door locks were a bit shoddy.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, providing us with a nice and restful night's stay. the new owners were polite and friendly, acknowledging that some updates are needed. Being a dancer and dance teacher, I have been visiting the area for years and found the hotel to be pleasant and friendly. Despite the expected nightlife, we had a peaceful stay and felt the value we paid for was fair. Cons: Nothing could have been better! 🙌.

The hotel is conveniently located near the vibrant Coral Island area, providing easy access to entertainment and dining options. Additionally, the manager is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room, although in need of a fresh coat of paint, was comfortable with a cozy bed.
The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with a noticeable smell and dirty reception area.

I loved my stay at High Tide! The room was cozy and had a private bathroom with a refreshing shower. The free toiletries were a nice touch. The free WiFi was a major plus for me as I like to stay connected. The quadruple room had everything I needed, like a kettle for my tea cravings. Oh, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The bed was super comfy, and I liked having a wardrobe to keep my clothes organized. The bed linen and towels provided were clean and fresh.
Personally, I found the heating in the quadruple room a bit too warm for my liking. But hey, that's just me!
